Author Registration Requirements
For all accepted papers, at least one full registration is required (not at student rate). If you have registered your paper through student rate, please contact the finance chair, Dr. Gang Qu, at gangqu@umd.edu to change the regustration type.

Visa Supporting Letter (Invitation Letter)
If you do need a Visa supporting letter, after registering please contact the co-general chair at yier.jin@ece.ufl.edu.

In your email, please list your contact information. If you are an author, please specify your paper title as well. If any special format requirement of Visa support letter is required, please also tell us in the email.

Early Registration Date:
Please register before November 15th, 2018 to enjoy early registration rate.  (Note that you have to pay the registration fee to finish the registration process.)

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Finance Chair, Dr. Gang Qu at gangqu@umd.edu. All requests must be received before December 1st, 2018. Cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee.  No cancellations will be allowed after December 1st, 2018, although another person may be substituted for a previously registered attendee assuming he/she fits into the same pricing category.
